Great location, cosy apartment, and a wonderful host — highly recommended! Positive: Excellent location, close to both the city centre and the main UVT building, with everything within walking distance. The riverfront is also nearby, which is perfect for a pleasant walk along the river. The building was very easy to find. The navigation took us directly to the public parking spaces along the street, and we later realised that we could even see our car from the apartment window. The building is located at the end facing the main road, and the entrance is the first one from the street. The apartment exceeded all our expectations! I’ve rented apartments through Booking.com often, including newly renovated ones and apartments in new, modern buildings. But a fresh renovation and contemporary design don’t always mean that a place feels cosy and comfortable. This apartment was completely different! We genuinely felt at home here. After a full day of meetings, I would come back to the apartment and immediately feel relaxed and comfortable. You can tell a lot of care and thought went into making this place feel special. The host was wonderful: welcoming, responsive, and very helpful. He even helped us with a few issues unrelated to our stay, which we really appreciated. We would happily stay here again!

Positive: Rummeligt lejlighed, rent og pænt. Negative: Vaskemaskine var desværre i stykker, og da vi skulle videre på ferie havde vi særligt valgt en lejlighed med Vaskemaskine til at kunne rejse med mindre tøj. Det tog lige 3 timer på vaskeri og en lille udgift. Det skal dog siges at udlejer gjorder alt for at få lavet maskinen og endte også med at bestille en ny, som blev installeret på vores afrejse dag.

Positive: All little details were available as mentioned on the booking page, location is great, service was amazing. It's so important that they have the nets on the windows. Negative: I couldnt find a place to hang a towel in the bathroom - there is a rack, but nowhere to hang. It's just a detail.

Positive: Very handy location for the university and city centre. Lots of space and A/C. Well equipped kitchen. No problems with check-in and check-out.
